Welcome on the website of the Consulate General of Italy in Mumbai. The extension of the territories covered by this Consulate –namely the states of Maharashtra, Gujarat, Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh, Tamil Nadu, Kerala, Goa, Madhya Pradesh, Chhatisgarh, the Territories of Daman & Diu, Pondicherry, Dadra & Nagar Haveli and the Laccadive islands- and the need to guarantee an effective and timely service, have induced to us to privilege criteria of immediacy and simplicity in the organization of the web site.

The Indian citizens that require a visa for Italy will find the relevant information and will be able to interact directly with the section’s responsible via e-mail. Indian businessman that have a strong and lasting relationship with Italy can also contact the Italian Trade Commission) office and the Indo-Italian chamber of commerce in Mumbai.
Similarly, the part dedicated to consular assistance gives the Italian citizens a general overview of the services offered by the Consulate, as well as the possibility to contact the responsible directly via e-mail.
